Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it.

Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of misuse, along with all its accessories.
• Email us at our contact address with your order number to start the return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and review the return, we process the refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective products

If your Spines-se arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll send you a new unit or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
